Kanada, Australia dan Selandia Baru Serukan Gencatan Senjata Segera di Gaza

SYDNEY: The leaders of Canada, Australia and New Zealand on Thursday called for an immediate humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, according to a joint statement released in response to reports about Israel’s planned military operation in Rafah.

“We are gravely concerned by indications that Israel is planning a ground offensive into Rafah. A military operation into Rafah would be catastrophic,” the statement by the prime ministers of the three countries said.

“An immediate humanitarian ceasefire is urgently needed.”

Wakil Menteri Terima Dubes Australia untuk Arab Saudi

RIYADH: Saudi Deputy Minister for Consular Affairs Ambassador Ali Al-Yousef on Monday received the recently appointed Ambassador of Austria to the Kingdom Oskar Wustinger, the ministry reported on X.

Al-Yousef welcomed the ambassador and wished him success in his new work duties.

In a separate meeting, Saudi Deputy Minister for Political Affairs Saud Al-Sati met with Iraq’s Ambassador to the Kingdom Safia Taleb Al-Suhail.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and topics of common interest between their countries.

Kapal Ternak Australia Kembali Pulang karena Serangan Laut Merah

PERTH: A ship carrying thousands of livestock that has been stranded at sea for almost a month has finally docked in Australia, where welfare concerns mean some of the animals are expected to be offloaded.
About 16,500 sheep and cattle have been stowed on the MV Bahijah since Jan. 5, when it sailed for the Middle East from the western Australian port of Fremantle before it was ordered by the government, two weeks into its journey, to turnaround due to the ongoing Yemen Houthi rebels attacks in the Red Sea.

Australia dan Kanada Tangguhkan Pendanaan Badan PBB setelah Tuduhan Israel

OTTAWA: Australia and Canada have suspended their funding to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, after Israel accused several employees of involvement in Hamas’s October 7 attack.

Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said on Saturday she was “deeply concerned” by the allegations against the agency, UNRWA.

“We are speaking with partners and will temporarily pause disbursement of recent funding,” she wrote on social media platform X.
