Ketua LMD Kunjungi Pameran Internasional dan Museum Biografi Nabi di Makkah

MAKKAH: Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, secretary-general of the Muslim World League and chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, went on an inspection tour of the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet’s Biography in the Clock Tower in Makkah.

Al-Issa announced the trial opening of the museum, which includes more than 30 sections, during the current month of Ramadan, Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday.

Festival Fawanees Makkah Dipuji sebagai “Fenomena Budaya yang Inovatif”

Makkah: The Fawanees festival, an annual event organized by the Makkah Chamber and endorsed by the Ministry of Culture, has attracted many visitors this Ramadan, according to its organizers.

Held at the Makkah Chamber’s Exhibition and Events Center, the festival is billed as offering “a diverse range of entertainment, cultural, social and artistic experiences.”

With more than 200 exhibitors in the Ramadan Market section, visitors also have plenty of options for food and beverages.

RIYADH: Islamic scholars highlighted the importance of unity among the faithful at a Ramadan gathering in the holy city of Makkah on Wednesday.

“Islamic Ummah (worldwide Muslim community) is fine,” said Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, secretary-general of the MWL and chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, as he opened the conference titled “Global Conference for Building Bridges between Islamic Schools of Thought and Sects”.

Para Ulama di Konferensi Makkah Bahas Pemersatu Madzhab-madzhab Islam

RIYADH: Some of the world’s leading scholars have gathered in Makkah for a conference titled “Building Bridges between Islamic Schools of Thought and Sects.”

The gathering, being held under the patronage of King Salman, and organized by the Muslim World League, began on Sunday evening at a venue near the Grand Mosque. 

The two-day conference began with a speech by the grand mufti of the Kingdom and president of the Council of Senior Scholars, Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Asheikh.

Tim Relawan di Makkah Dukung Staf Medis

RIYADH: The General Directorate of Health Affairs in Makkah has deployed volunteer teams to support medical staff in Makkah during Ramadan.

The volunteers are working in hospitals and health centers in the central area, in the Grand Mosque and at the Haramain train station.

They are taking part in awareness and health education campaigns, as well as providing first aid services for train passengers, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Liga Muslim Dunia Akan Adakan Konferensi di Makkah di Bawah Perlindungan Raja Salman

RIYADH: The Muslim World League will hold a conference titled “Building Bridges Between Islamic Sects” in Makkah on Sunday, under the patronage of King Salman, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday.

Prominent Islamic figures, including muftis and senior scholars from various Islamic sects, will take part in the conference.

It aims to enhance understanding and cooperation between Islamic sects in order to serve common goals, especially with regard to major issues that require unity of legitimate opinion.

Para Tamu Program Umrah Rangkul Warisan Makkah

MAKKAH: The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance on Thursday hosted a cultural event for the beneficiaries of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah.

The event was held at the guests’ accommodation near the Grand Mosque in Makkah and comprised an evening of culture and entertainment.

One of the highlights was a presentation on the King Abdulaziz Complex for Holy Kaaba Kiswa covering its history and the process of manufacturing the kiswa.
