DOHA: Israel’s intelligence chief, Qatar’s prime minister and Egyptian officials are expected to hold talks in Doha Monday on a potential Gaza truce and hostage exchange deal, a source with knowledge of the talks told AFP.
The meeting between Mossad chief David Barnea, Qatar PM Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and Egyptian envoys “is expected to take place today,” the source said on condition of anonymity given the sensitivity of the talks.

Department Store Mewah Inggris Harrods Bekerjasama dengan Seniman Qatar untuk Karya Seni Ramadhan [1445 H]

DUBAI: Luxury British department store Harrods has collaborated with Qatari artist Mbarak Al-Thani on two sets of imagery to mark Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr.

The artwork will be displayed at Harrod’s Knightsbridge location in London, on digital greetings sent out by Harrods, for social content, and across digital screens in the store’s famous food hall.

Emir Qatar Bahas Krisis Gaza dengan Para Pejabat Tinggi Uni Eropa

LONDON: Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Wednesday received a phone call from the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, state new agency QNA reported.
During the call, they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between Qatar and the EU.
They also discussed “key regional and global developments, particularly the situation in the Gaza Strip and the Occupied Palestinian Territories,” QNA said.

Pelabuhan Tua Doha Selenggarakan Perayaan Budaya di Bulan Ramadhan [1445 H]

DOHA: Old Doha Port has announced plans to host an array of traditional and cultural festivities throughout Ramadan to showcase Qatar’s rich heritage.

The lineup includes the inaugural Meal Festival, which provides a journey through Qatar’s oldest restaurants and a variety of entertainments for visitors during iftar and sahoor, Qatar News Agency reported.

A nod to tradition will see the revival of the Musaher Al-Mina drummers, who will patrol the Mina District daily and signal the time for sahoor.
