Yordania dan UEA Tingkatkan Pengiriman Bantuan ke Gaza selama Ramadhan

LONDON: Jordan and the UAE have ramped up their efforts to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza during the holy month.

The UAE announced on Sunday that it had carried out its 13th airdrop over inaccessible areas in the northern Gaza Strip containing 24 tonnes of food and relief supplies, the Emirates News Agency reported.

In addition, the third Emirati aid ship set sail for the Egyptian city of Al-Arish, carrying 4,630 tonnes of humanitarian supplies bound for Gaza.

Raja Yordania, Abdullah, Bahas Perkembangan Gaza dengan Para Pemimpin Mesir dan Bahrain

AMMAN: Jordan’s King Abdullah discussed the latest developments in Gaza with other leaders in the region on Monday.

During a telephone call with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the king emphasized the important need to allow more aid to flow into all parts of the territory, the Jordan News Agency reported.

He also thanked Egypt for its ongoing efforts to secure a humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, and stressed the need to avoid any potential escalation of tensions at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem during Ramadan.
