Unit Penelitian dan Studi Arab News Luncurkan Penelitian Mendalam Terbaru tentang Yerusalem

LONDON: For the past 20 years Israel’s government has collaborated with the country’s leading settler movement in a plot to appropriate land in East Jerusalem, with the aim of reestablishing the Biblical “City of David,” at the cost of Muslims and Christians alike, and sabotaging any hope of a two-state solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

The wealthy City of David Foundation, also known as Elad, has also been given virtual carte blanche by various government departments to develop biblically themed national parks surrounding Jerusalem’s Old City.

Ribuan Orang Berdoa di Yerusalem agar Para Sandera Gaza Bisa Kembali

JERUSALEM: Rachel Goldberg said it still does not feel real 167 days after her son was taken hostage by Hamas, as prayers echoed at Jerusalem’s Western Wall Thursday for the Gaza captives.
She spoke as thousands stood at the holy site for a mass Jewish prayer seeking the return of the 130 hostages Israel believes remain in the Palestinian territory — including Hersh Goldberg-Polin, 23.
“People say ‘We can’t image what you’re going through’ and we always say, we can’t imagine what we’re going through,” said Goldberg, seated next to her husband Jonathan Polin.

Jelang Ramadhan, Kota Tua Yerusalem Hanya Tawarkan Sedikit Kemeriahan Saat Perang Gaza Masih Berkecamuk

JERUSALEM: On the eve of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, Jerusalem’s Old City bears few of its usual hallmarks of festivity.
Nearly half of the grotto-shaped gift shops are sealed behind metal shutters. The narrow streets that run toward Al-Aqsa Mosque, Islam’s third-holiest site, are eerily empty. Absent are the fairy lights and shining lanterns that would usually dangle above hurried worshippers.
